We thank you for your interest in establishing an account with LGH. You can complete the entire process online by clicking on the link below. Once you click on that link you will be prompted to enter your name and email address and then click the “Begin Signing” button to continue. If you prefer to fill out the forms manually you have that option as well by clicking on the second link.
If completing the form manually it is important that you complete the New Account Form and email it to enquiries@lgh.au. LGH will then be able to begin the ‘new account procedure’ and process your request as soon as possible. We do require that you use a credit or debit card for all first-time orders. Please see the credit application for more details.
